The Bicycle Depot Technical Top Tip: Always clean your brake rotor carefully when fitting new pads. Use hot soapy water and a very clean rag. Never touch the rotor braking surface and be very careful that lubricants are kept well away from the pads and rotors. Never, never use spray lubricants anywhere near your bike!!!
